How can I archive (save) my mail in Huskymail?
The only way you can save is to IMAP your connection, after that follow the instructions:
Using Personal Folders (archiving) in MSOutlook
In order to archive your Huskymail, you must first set up Personal Folders.
Follow the steps below to add Personal Folders:
- In Outlook, go to the File menu, choose New, then Data File Management.
- Click on Add, click OK
- Select Office Outlook Personal Folders (.pst), click OK
- Type in for file name, archive.pst, click OK
- Click OK, unless you want to Password Protect your Personal Folder. (Note: every time you click on Personal folder you will be prompted to enter in the username and password.)
- You will see the Personal folder you just created in the list, click Close.
- Your new Personal folders will now be in the Outlook Folder List.
- To create sub-folders within your personal folder, right click on Personal Folder and choose New Folder. Make sure that Personal Folders is highlighted and enter the title of the new folder.
- You can now click and drag documents from your Inbox or other folders into your Personal Folder. You may also wish to set up auto archiving, instructions are as follows:
In Outlook click on the Tools menu, then click Options.
Click the Other tab, then click AutoArchive.
- Choose how often you would like to archive your e-mail by placing a check mark on Run AutoArchive every and entering the number of days.
- If you would like to be notified before the items are archived, select the Prompt before AutoArchive runs check box.
- Fill out the During AutoArchive section:
Set the e-mail expiration by setting a number for Clean out items older than.
Choose to either delete expired items, or to move it to your Outlook Personal Folders.
Click OK.
Outlook is configured to automatically archive e-mail items using the schedule you set.

You can set autoarchive settings on each individual folder in your folder list by following these steps:
Right-click on a folder then choose Properties.
Click on the AutoArchive tab.
Choose from 3 choices of how to archive items in the particular folder.
Do not archive items in this folder - Will not archive any items in the specified folder.
Archive items in this folder using the default settings - Will archive items according to the options you set in steps 1 - 6 above.
Archive this folder using these settings - set custom archive settings on that folder.
